Whether it is Capacity Building VOs or Grassroots Interventions, the work involves two-fold intervention strategy: Awareness generation and teaching methodology.

Tools for awareness generation are: workshops, rallies, wall writings, puppet shows, magic shows, nautanki, padyatras, hoarding, etc. Innovative methods of awareness generation include: street plays, seminars, audio-visual display, slide projection, pasting of bills, workshops, kiosks, etc.

Teaching methodology includes classroom lectures, group discussion, psychological exercises, audio-visual display, role play, field visit and interface with successful entrepreneurs and government officials.
