National Association for Voluntary Initiative and Cooperation (NAVIC) is a non-governmental, non-political and not-for-profit organisation. For the past two decades it is working among unorganised sector in different States of India.

NAVIC works on two levels: at the grassroots level and at the voluntary organisations level. Interventions at the grassroots level are concentrated in Varanasi and Jaunpur districts of Uttar Pradesh, while those at the voluntary organisations level are spread all over the country. Grassroots interventions are mainly in the domain of sustainable agriculture and local governance while interventions with voluntary organisations are focused on enhancing their capacities to enable them work in a better way.

The registered office of the organisation is in Varanasi and has branch offices in different parts of the State.
